Just let them live in their internet world. I am not worried about a Dodge truck. Even a stock SRT-10 I wouldnt worry too much about.

Jesus that's funny. My father has a 318 dodge ram and i can run circle around it on the highway with my Mustangs. I feel like my life is in danger trying to merge onto the highway with that thing.

while reading that thread all i could hear in my head was a big POS dodge with some glasspacks on. IMO its the worst sound in the world.

a big truck with glasspacks makes a fart can honda civic sound good.

where i live kids will turn 16, get a truck from their parents, usually a f150, silverado,or ram truck, usually mid 90s or something, first thing they do is get a pair of CHEAP ASS glasspacks put on it and they think they have something.

not to knock with anyone with dodges im sure there good trucks, worked with a contractors before, not one owned a dodge. It was ethier chevy or ford. Ram imo is just about image, majority of dodges i see the beds are practical mint except for that one heavy bag of mortar mix they might have put in the back (they gotta get some use out of it).

Around here Doge Rams are just status quo, no one acutally uses them as a "truck". Also I find it funny how Ford, Chevy, GMC, Toyota, and Nissan Truck owners all say Dodge trucks are the crappiest, worst trucks. But then all Dodge Truck owners say everything else is the crappy except Dodge, at least that's the general concensus I've always gotten.

My brother has a 318 dodge with a 5 speed...... A 4 cylinder s-10 can beat it. Very gutless and get like 13 mpg. My 04 4x4 f150 gets 15mpg but it has the 5.4 and will get up and go for a trk.

Every dodge owner I know hate them due to all the problems they have. Major brk warping problems and other stupid stuff.

Pretty much all the Chrysler products are going down hill. Even Jeep as much as I hate to say it. My wife has an 06 Liberty Limited and that thing has had multiple recalls so far and gets 15 mpg as well.

Funny I wanted to post about the SRT-10 but I didn't bother because I thought people wouldn't like my opinion... but here it is

There is this black SRT10 truck in town here he put some sort of aftermarket exhaust. That V10 sounds like a riced out V6. I just hate that sound. The guy has a huge "viper" logo on the windshield, must have 23" (?) chrome wheels and a wing on the truck bed. Guy looks like the leader in a fruit parade too.

I don't see many Dodge work trucks either, mostly Ford, GM, and Toyota around here. Go take a drive around farm lands and you won't see many dodge trucks either. My cousin owns a pretty large company and all he buys are Chevy trucks (International for the bigger ones).

All in all, people who drive these huge looking dodge trucks make me wonder if they're compensating for miniscule manhood.

Seriously, wtf were you thinking lining up against such a beast? Better stick to racing KB Cobras and c6 Z06s if you want to stand a chance.

I work at a Dodge dealer and I dont think the Dodges are all that bad, infact I'm getting an 07 this week. I see tons of people buying DRW Rams and HD Rams on a regular basis and I don't see many come back for anything. I think the bad mouthing of Dodges has been based on the fact thet bad mouthed Mustangs. Many of the claims here are unsubstantiated just like theirs.

I have driven a 5.4 with not many miles and with a few thousand miles and I don't think it could even come close to the 5.7 Hemi or even the 4.7 for that matter. I'd much rather own a Ford though, because I think they're ahead of Dodge on looks ( only getting a Dodge cause it's a kick ass price ).

As far as the "23's" on the SRT10.... they're PROBABLY the 22's they came stock with??? The comment of the exhaust of it... Gosh... you couldn't be more right, they sound like ass without the right setup!

What? Never heard of such a thing! Been here 4 years and prolly only seen 2 warped rotors on a Ram truck. I don't know what these people are doing to their trucks but it's not a brand wide thing.

My wife has an 06 Liberty Limited and that thing has had multiple recalls

There's only been 6 out for that vehicle... I doubt yours qualified for all 6 because I've seen that MAYBE one time. And only 1 of the recalls will take more than 30 minutes so it couldn't be that big of a hassle.

Way off base.... it's no different than someone driving a "huge looking" Ford or Chevy...
