Rear brakes=OMG!!!

Well I just got done spending the last 2 days doing the back brakes on the old ladys V6 Mustang and WOW, what an adventure! I had to make a tool since I'm broke as heck. I took an old caliper piston tool modified it and 15 mins later was all done! Suprised the heck outta me!

For future searchers, you can loan out a tool from most parts stores (if they're are any nearby). The tool works decently (alternatively, the little cubes are all but useless).

Those back brakes can be real turds.

I used the cube on my wife's car... In order for it to work I put it in my drill so I could apply enough force while the drill did the work...

My auto parts store made me buy the tool and then return it. The f'ing thing was over $100...

Yeah and I only had $20 to my name! It took 15 mins to mod the tool and was done 15 mins later!

And as soon as I get some extra dough I will definetly get one of those kits! Just waiting to start my new job. Yay!
