Rear end number help

I'm trying to decode the center section on my 69 and can't seem to find all the info I need. I know I have a 3.00:1 standard diff but thats about it so I was wondering if someone could lend a hand. Here are the numbers:

WES-AC 9CC
3.00 9 954A
