Rear end off center on 01 Bullitt

The rear end of the Bullitt is of center by 1/2 inch, meaning the passenger side tire is out about that much more than the driver's side. Without going the panhard bar route, I'm thinking there should be a fairly simple fix for this, replacing the upper control arms with adjustable control arms for example, shimming something, etc.
I don't want to spend $500+ for a fix I don't need or want (panhard bar) when maybe there's an easier or less expensive way...a lateral movement of 1/4 inch will even out both sides, so it's not much. Any ideas?
Thanks!

These cars often come from the factory like that. Why bother to fix it? I suppose you could get adjustable control arms and play with the settings, but you could easily make the handling go to crap just to make it 'look' right if you don't know what effect a small change in control arm angles has.
