Rear end swap

Just need to know if a 89 convertable 8.8 rear end will bolt up under my 86 GT hatch. Thanks.

All the Mustang 8.8 rear ends from 86-98 are the same dimensions and will bolt up in any 79-98 Mustang. Of course the SN95 ones have different brakes.

and the 94-98 rear axles are 3/4" wider on EACH side due to the disc brakes.
