The Back of my car has some squeek and a little waggle it has it constantly I take it to ford to fix it, one time it was a control arm the next some bushings, and the last time was rear valve gear seal leaking or something like that. And now its squeeking again, I have no idea what to do is there anyway of eliminating the rear end problem. Iam planning on buying springs, shocks, caster camber plates, bushings, the whole nine yards suspension to eliminate the rear end problems. What do you guys think?

springs - not necessary unless you want to lower it
cc plates - ain't none on the back mang
bushings - just spray them with silicone spray and see if the squeaking goes away
shocks - yeah replace them, the stockers are CRAP
