anybody on here will tell u that a busted shock will make the car sag a little. And im positive thats why my car sags in the passenger rear cause it wasnt like that before the shock busted.mcclean said:Busted quads would not make a difference in ride height. Check the rear unibody pillars for stress wrickles or lines from body warp (usually between hatch glass and rear quarter window. Its very common on these cars. Mine sits that way, but only because I've got an airbag in the right side and I have no sway bars at all.
Try bouncing the rear end up and down after you get out of the car and see if it settles straight. It might be bind in the rear control arms (bushings going bad). Global west also sells spring perch spacers to adjust ride height.
Unless one is seizing or the piston is bent, in which case they can alter the ride height. I figured that one out myself many years ago.PoopDawg said:Shocks absolutely do not have any effect on ride height. You can take out your shocks in the rear and it would sit no higher or lower.
