Just got a pair of rear qtr reflectors for my 99. I'm putting on clears to replace the stock reds. Only problem is, I don't know how to get the stockers off. I can barely get my hand up inside the fender to reach them so there's no way to get a visual on it and I don't know what's holding them in place. If anyone has done this you can PM me. I hope it's nothing major for a $20 part.

on my 98 they were held in place by nuts that threaded into the back of the reflectors. should be the same on yours but dont hold me to it. by the way, where did u get the clear reflectors?

I had mine installed when I had my '03 Cobra rear bumper installed. I think you have to remove or at least undo the bumper to get enough clearance to get the nuts off the reflector. I could be wrong, but I was going to install them on my GT bumper back in the day. I just waited until the bumper swap because I couldn't get to the nuts easily.

Ebay is a great place.

I couldn't feel any nuts on the back but I'll try it again this week and keep this thread updated.
