Rear rotors and calipers

What numbers do I need to find or how can I determine what Rotors I will need to purchase to put on my rear end. I posted a question similar to this earlier but didn't get much info. Here is a pic of the single piston calipers that are on there now. Also, here is a link to the other post I had about this. Thanks.

Of course you know those brakes are not stock. Suggest you pull the rotor off and look for casting numbers.

Could be Versailles calipers, since they look fixed, but I could very well be wrong. Someone with Versailles brakes can chime in, Im sure.
