rear seat delete

i plan on taking mine out, and putting a custom sub box in its place in my coupe... but i've been too lazy to get around to doing this...

Removing the rear seats is a real joke.. I'm not sure it is the same then my coupe, but just lift the vertical one, and it should get out easily, and push the horizontal one towards the rear, and get it out..

I had the back of the rear seat in my coupe fly off and hit the back of the front seat's when I hit that 96 Towncar that did a u-turn in front of me @ 50mph. The 6x9's broke out and flew forward as well. The best part of this story aside from no one getting seriously hurt was the custom license plate on the Lincoln simply said DUM .. I have pics of that too.

just take the rear seat out and delete it. Then take a hammer and break out the V that supports the rear seat if you have a notch... it has no structural value since its only held in with 2 lil tiny spotwelds... it looks much cleaner afterwards. Also remove the seatbelts. Dont bother putting anything in its place... the whole point of deleting something is to get rid of it to gain something... not replace it with something that looks like crud...
