rear suspension noise

i recently put a set of h@r s sport spring on my 2000 gt and also blisten shocks and struts, put the isolators on the bottom rear springs but not the top, and at slow speeds when i hit a bump it feels like the trunk is not shut and makes a rattle i checked my mach 460 box and its nice and tight, what could make that noise? it dont make that sound at speeds over 35 mph?

I'd put the top isolators back in and check the shock bolts, but my moneys on the top isolators not being there as causing the noise
