I bought mine off Ebay for $75. They are 1.25" and I have stock 98 GT wheels on the car. Anything over 1.25 will be to much, If I had it to do again, I would probably go 1". The ones I got are great quality and half the price. They are not hub centric but the lug nuts centered everything up real nice. I highly suggest them. I put them and FMS "B" springs on at the same time and it totally changed the look of my car.

Hey, I will be getting new rims soon. If I go with the ARE's, the back are 10". RIght now, I have 275's on the back, which I will change to 315's when they wear down. I was considering a 1" wheel spacer...Do you think that will fit in ok with what Im considering getting?

Thanks
RC

RC - i think a 315 tire itself looks great. i really dont think you need a spacer. seen a whole bunch of pics with just 315 tires and they stick out even more than my 1.5" spacer with 245's.

i have 1.25" spacers with my 245 tires and it lines up pretty good. i think a 275 tire would be absolutely perfect tho. spent $75 on billet ones from ebay.

I'm running 1/4" Baer Spacers. Would have been better off with 1/2" ones but it required buying $80 ARP wheel Studs and I had already spent $65 for the baer spacers. I'll change em later though.

rc if you go with the 10 inch wheels you won't need any spacers and the 315's will look sick , i had to put spacers on after paul got his wheels mine looked bad tucked under the car

Are you sure?
I think I have seen 315's on the back of some cars, and it STILL looks like they are slightly positioned inward...I mean, Id rather NOT have to mess with them.

BTW..what's the point of 1/4" spacers

it all depends on their back spacing, but every set i have seen looked good i don't think you have alot of room to move them in and they will start rubbing the inner fender well

I think 315s look good without spacers but I will say that I think they could use a VERY small spacer depending on the wheel. My buddies car w/315 on 9 inch cobra Rs for example could probably use a 1/2 inch spacer or maybe even just 1/4. Again, its not a big deal with 315s cause they look sweet either way, but in the end it really depends on the wheel.

well the rims I want are either 10"(ARE) or 10.5's(bullets) in the rear, so I guess Ill just W.A.S. how they look.

RC...
This would be a dead on set-up...1/4 to 1/2....anymore would look ghetto with 315s....I had em on 9" Cobras and it needed a smidge more...Looked mean as hell from the back...I have 285s on a 9" now and it could use a 1/2 to look better....
Chit...something else to buy...

I had 1" HRs on my 98 8" Cobras and it was mint....the same would be perfect for an 8.5 wheel...I cant stand em sticking out myself...looks kinda jerky to me.. Depends on your liking though...

I like them JUST FLUSH, but I also want to get the fender flares, like the ones Naturally built on the foxes AND post 98's...In which case, the tire would line up with the fender flare..

well i have the 8" cobra wheel with a 245 on it with a 1.25" spacer on it. if you have a wheel thats 10.5" with a 315 tire, i think that will work perfectly cause i could maybe use the tiniest bit more (like 1/4") to make it perfect but once the 275's go on, i think it will look perfect
