I am A 5.0 guy, but need to know if, like there bigger badder brothers, did the 86 and ups get a 8.8 rearend? If not what is the gearing on those cars? (Automatics)I know the smaller cars gearing is better and am wondering if I should swap my stock to the 86LX and later when I find a 8.8 change it again......I know this is a lot of exta work but if it is better than my stock I will do it. Any suggestions or advice?
