Reasonable price for 98 Cobra?

Hey guys, I was browsing through some ads today and noticed a yellow 98 Cobra for sale, at a small dealer. It has 82k miles on it, and a few small mods ( black 18" Bullitt wheels, BBK intake, Flowmaster exhaust) They are asking $10,900, which sounds kinda high to me. The car looks really clean, havent seen it in person yet. Is this a reasonable price? I' wasnt really looking for one, but it kinda caught my eye.

Its more than I would pay. $9,500 tops....and that's if its pristine and still has the stock parts to go with it. Otherwise....knock another $1,000 of the price.
