Rebuilding a 4.6 compared to a 5.0

I have rebuilt a few 5.0's in my day of mustangs, and have done a good job (I think). My question is, the 98 GT I own now, the motor is getting up in miles (147k). My fear is one day soon I will be getting her towed home. What is the difference, if any when rebuilding the different motors? How do you time a 4.6, as far as setting the cams. Just curious. It will be my first time overhauling a 4.6, and would like some pointers before I venture deep in that task.
