rebuilding a 88 gt

anyone know....
i was wondering if parts off say a 2000ish gt would bolt right up to a 88 fox body,parts im meaning are like the rack and pinon,fuel tank,rearend, front spindles/brakes,driveshaft,going with a 306 and t-56 trans. im just wondering if it would be better for me to find a wrecked mustang around 2000 ish,and take the parts off that,to complete my rebuild,i have stripped my car down to nothing,need to buy pretty much everything listed.thanks alot

Thats kinda what i was thinking,i thought i would be able to at least use the spindles,and and brakes, what cars would they be better to get from? i have an aftermarket k member,and a arms for the fox body,thanks.
