The car is a '92 5.0.

I've got a new PS reservoir and am putting a new pulley onto my PS assembly, but need to know how to do it. The new case came with some rubber O-rings as well.

I know I need a special tool to remove the pulley, but how does the reservoir disassembled from the whole unit? Anything else I should replace while in there?

YOu do need a power steering pump puller/installer for the pulley. Not sure on the reservoir.

Yea, I already know that much. It's the reservoir and sealing it correctly that I'm worried about now Also making sure not to bust anything on the way.

Are there any other pieces that fit in there?

Pulley, bracket, reservoir. That's it?

Go to a Ford garage and get their pulley removal tool. It is a special pulley remover and others wont work. The aluminum braket just unbolts from the resevoir

Mine had a 3/8" tapped hole in the pulley. I just screwed a bolt into the hole & the pulley came off.

Does the reservoir attach to a pump or something else that's on the bracket? I haven't had it apart yet and don't know what to expect. Hence my questions here.

But from looking at my new reservoir, I can't see how it attaches solely to the bracket.

i think most of us get a reservoir included with the new pump, so that is probably why not many know how the reservoir attaches (my guess anyhow). good luck, Dave.
