I have the five leaf reverse eye and the rear stance is right and the car handles pretty well with the 620's up front, sway bars, TCP uppers (shelby drop) and rack & pinion steering. The ride is pretty stiff in the rear but for a weekender not overly harsh.

I cant really see the little picture you have down there..
The front of my car still needs to come down about an inch, the 620's have already been trimmed. Tires are 245/50/16's and when the body / paint work was done the inner fender lips were completely trimmed and removed. Otherwise they would rub slightly. 26X10.5X15 ET Streets tuck perfectly as do 26X9.0X15 Hoosier racing slicks.
