Reducing Hydrocarbons...Need to go from 313 to 220 to pass with O/R H!

Is there an additive I can use to reduce these suckers? Just a few more and I can pass with an off-road pipe!

There should be stuff at the local Pepboys or where ever, called "Guaranteed to Pass," or something like that. It's just an alcohol mixture that burns very pure. I doubt you could even pass using that though. You need to get the stock converters back on the car. It takes an exhaust shop 15 minutes to do, and costs 20 bucks.

My friend passes just fine with longtubes and an o/r H pipe. Try new plugs and lowering your timing.

I would get reamed just for not having the cats when they look under the car. I'd say go for the $20 re-install if you don't have the time to do it. High flow cats would help, but $400 for a catted h-pipe is crazy expensive in my book.
