Paint and Body Regarding Fog Lights

I have a 2004 Ford Mustang convertible it's the 40th anniversary edition .
Would I be able to add the circle type of fog lights and put them in my grill area like on the 2005

If that is a possibility could someone let me know I'd appreciate any response thank you and have a great day

Sure. It wouldn't look the same because the grill on our cars is much more narrow and shorter though. If you want them, measure the height of the grill and order two round lamps the same size. Use a piece of thin aluminum or steel strap, bend a bracket, and mount them.
