I'm having a heck of a time trying to reinstall my stock spring, i've tried two types of spring compressors, the most recent one, an internal one, will work, however, once i get the spring in, i can't even think of removing the compressor. All the information i've found on the board is for installing shorter/easier to work with springs. This stocker is freakin huge. Somebody please teach me a trick!

Put the a arm back on the spindle & put the nut back on, then remove the A arm from the frame of the car. Put the spring in & use a jack to jack up the rear (inside) of the a arm to the holes. You can let the arm hang lower this way & get the spring in.

that just about worked, however, just as the a-arm bolts were about, oh say, an inch from lining up, the car started going up... darn car!

I used an internal compressor and after messing up a few times and having to redo it I found that if I put the bottom part of the compressor up about 2-3 coils I had enough room to wiggle it out once I got it in place. It was a PITA and something I hope I never have to do again.
