I have a 2001 GT convertible and with the cloth top the wind noise at 90 mph is unbearable, not to mention the weight of the convertible top and its hydraulics is significantly detrimental to my track time. I love my convertible during the spring and summer but on the track and during fall and winter its a bit of a hassle. I found one removable hardtop for sale but I wasn't very fond of it. Does anyone know where i can order one from or is this the kind of thing I am going to have to have custom built?

I see this one http://www.smoothline.com/contemporary_models_Ford_Mustang.php

I think that looks pretty decent, honestly.

No 2005+ body part should ever grace a New edge with its presence. yuk. Go ahead and do the front end conversion too while you are at it.

whoa ... to tell you the truth that top does NOT look good, thats a lil too much... looks like there tryin to go with the '05+ look and im not feelin it... what they need to do is delete that piece that comes down by the lil quarter window (know what im talkin bout?) and it might pass...
