So far I have the throttle body plate, header cap, 3/4" and 5/8" caps and clamps, and vacum tubing incase my old stuff is bad. I've already bypassed the smog pump with my belt and I sprayed penetrating lubricant on the smog pump bolts, anything else you guys suggest?

Here's how I homied my EGR plunger...3/8" I.D. breather hose...I used a wire nut, it pushes the plunger down just 1/2 way...stuff that in the hose and clamp the mother...stashed it outta sight...Mines been 2 yrs like this,,,No CEL...I have Zip-Tied it down before to, the plunger..But that eventually fell off...

RIO and I did the same thing. Blocks for the heads, Zen you have TW's so that's not needed. Plug everything else up. Make sure the EGR is connected or a CE.

Thanks for the info guys. My JMS chip disabled the EGR, I've been driving around for a few months without the smog stuff so I figured its time to get rid of it. I bought the header cap and EGR plate from Wazee, I forgot his website, but a hardware store would probably be cheaper.

I also used the 5/8 cap and it BARELY fits. The threads are actually metric. Wazee sells a metric cap just for this, but just to order one and have it shipped is about $20.00 from him.

If you do the 5/8 cap, just don't tighten it down hard. You will be screwing up the threads on the header. May not matter if it will never come back off!

Are you talking about on the back side of the heads where the air tube went? If so my TW's have plugs on the back side where that tube used to be...

Block off plate / 94 to a 93 intake

I have the Wazze block off plate and 2 caps for the headers, one is drilled for my EGT guage, so nice of him to cutsom drill it for me, just pay the cash, do it right, they are very thick will never burn out like those harware store crap caps, also I saw a picture of someones engine with a 87-93 intake configuration, I want to swap my car over to a say 93 intake track so I can put a After cooler on my blower, any ideas?
