Removing rear brake hose

I am having a problem removing the brake hose on the axel. I can't get it to separate from the block on the axel. I tried heating it up with a torch, but the fitting broke and did not turn. Is this piece avaiable?

I believe to rear brake hose is permanently attached/crimped to that brass block. (On a 68) It is available from any good, early Mustang parts house. I think that is why it is not available in the rear as part of a steel braided hose kit.
