Replaced brake pads. All four corners brakes are locked up

Trying to figure out exactly where it is trapped, over the interwebz can be a challenge. lol

Fluid shot out when I opened it, the brake pedal was pressed down when I opened them. It shot with enough pressure to get all over the inside of the wheel well. So it should just trickle out?

Not if you had the pedal pressed at the time.

With the pedal down, it [should] come shooting out.

Oh okay, hopefully I’m just having issues because of the old hoses. Although opening up the bleeders didn’t seem to free the calipers at all. We will see soon.

Check on the price of calipers too.

I have it in my head that they're not too bad. [Lots] of different vehicles used them.

I'm late to the party I know, but I have seen calipers flipped when reinstalled and the soft lines were kinked and locked the brakes up.
Now you flipping all four does sound unrealistic but weirder things have happened.

I made sure they were put back on in the same orientation. The lines are not kinked at all. I actually picked up a set of used front calipers for $40, I put them on and the same thing is happening. I’m not sure if they are good either so I’m wishing I had just bought new ones.

Sorry if you already provided this information but the brake pads are the right pads right? You didn’t buy different pads for a different mustang that are thicker or anything?

I bought them from the proper section on rockauto I double checked that earlier. Unless they sent me the wrong ones.

Very possible man. My wife is a commercial parts pro at a store which I will not name. They get stuff that is packaged wrong quite often. If you still have old pads, I'd compare. Or if not, go to a local store and ask them to see a set of pads for your vehicle.
