Replaced head gasket in 94 - install ???

I replaced both gaskets in my 94 stang this past weekend and am now putting engine back together.... had one question though about reinstalling rocker arms.... Can i just retighten them back to the recommended torque(25 ft/lbs.) or do i need to find tdc on each and tighten separately. Also I broke one of the top hats off of a fuel injector and it went out with the head when i had them serviced so now i don't have the little cap on an injector... Anybody know if i can just install injector without that end cap on???

they are cheap at autozone they are called pintel caps. that is for the injector

when i did the hg's on my 95 i just torqued all the arms down to 25 and works just fine, and yes put the fuel injector back in with the cap on the end! good luck finding them at autozone appearently they did not have them there when i needed them so i had to tear apart a 3.8 taurus at the junkyard
