If I wanted to change the blower pulley on my 02 SC would I need to get a chip for the computer? Or have the computer reprogrammed or anything?

What is the most effective pulley that I can put on there? And what kind of gain would I look to expect?

If you have a series II blower Chicane makes a 66mm pulley for them. You need to get a better fuel pump as many have blown their engines doing this without a upgraded fuel pump. Get a SVT focus pump and you should be fine, as well as a tune.

I just ordered for my 02 Saleen from Chicane... http://chicanesport.com/
They say you can expect up to 30 HP...You will need a bigger fuel pump and a new belt to keep it from slipping...Also it will run either rich or lean w/out a tune... Geting mine tuned on thursday and will let you know what I got from it...

4) 42 pound injectors(good for hp)
5) 90 MM Maf(good for hp)
6) ngk tr6 plugs(good for hp)
I put the ones that are essential the others are good to boost your hp when you get tuned.

Not with the series II you won't. I would go kb for the amount it would cost to even get close to 400rwhp.

Thanks. I only have 12,000 miles on the stock plugs but will be pulling some stuff apart on the motor, so I will likely swap the plugs out.

YES

Unless you upgrade your Fuel pump, injectors, MAF, and Tune.
