okay so as some of you may know....i got my two new fenders yesterday....they sent me two left ones when i needed a left and a right so thats a pain but oh well...at least i got one on there, its a start....

anyways, i know everyone has said "oh those wont fit at all and will take hundreds of dollars in a body shop to make fit and all that....well i have found that they really aren't that bad...here are some pics with absolutely zero modifications done...just bolted on....the only thing i plan to do is make the holes where the headlight bucket attaches a slight bit bigger so it will sit completely flush and not have that paper thin gap....i actually already did it, but just dont have pictures yet so these are totally how it came, stock......

trophymustang.com, but they are scott drake so u can get em other places too i think....

either way, i think its a matter of batches or individual fenders more than they all suck....

this is the cheapest ive been able to find these things and with no tax....and like $16 is all i payed for shipping...i got it shipped to a business adress...i was told a small extra fee would apply to a residential adress...either way its prob better than mostly all places...

im debating if i should bother waiting to get all new chrome and seals to put al lthe windows and crap back in the doors or if i should just put on the shells and take it to get painted....seems like one less thing to get over spray on...yes? no?

Tape is evil. Leave anything chrome, glass, or stainless steel off until after it's painted, it'll look way better...and the less you have to trust the body shop to right, the better.

+1 You want everything off the car you can when going to paint.
