Request for help from a classic Mustang expert...

Hi all, I am considering entering the classic Mustang hobby and hopefully share it with my sons. I am looking for a local (Seattle) classic Mustang expert to hire ($100/hr) to perform a buyers inspection and value appraisal on a 65 Mustang survivor I'm looking at. I'm looking for someone who has the experience to evaluate a survivor for originality, know where the common demons hide (like rust), and can easily diagnose and estimate the cost of repair of found problems. And I need someone (same or another person) who can give a realistic appraisal of value so I don't over pay (I don't want to under pay either).
