Restoring 10 hole wheels

If you decide to use sandpaper then use wet sand paper. Start with like 800 grit and work your way to 4000.

I wouldn't recommend it though. Get some Mothers and a few different size and sahped buffing pads for both hand use and drill head use to work up the shine that way. Also... do a thread search for "10 Hole". I seem to remember some pretty good tips in that thread and some pics too.
