Rev Limiter on the cheap.

So i agreed to let my roommate take out the stang on a date with his GF. Well he is kind of a tard and has to show off infront of her. So is there a way i could rig something up on the throttle cable so he cannot go past 3k-3.5k. Thanks.

hahahahahahahahahahahaha i like that idea lol. or you could probably rig up some stopper behind throttle body so it will open so far. but yea if you have a hand held tuner like the xcal and have the valet option you can set a rev limiter and speed limiter lol.

If there is any question about his driving demeanor.... I think you know what to do.

Same reason I dont drive other peoples' cars...If I don't drive theirs, they have no reason to drive mine.

Only way anyone drives my car is if im in the passenger seat, and my car's not even worth much. Even then only case the person i let drive wasn't family blood was my GF - and lets just say she reciprocates in other ways

Man I get nervous when my GF drives my car. Since it's lowered and all, I always have to tell her to watch out for speed bumps and parking blocks.

Dont let him take it man, its a disaster waiting to happen.

Either he will wreck it, burn your tires off, or leave love stains in the back seat.

I have only let people drive my car in a parking lot where I can see their every move, or if im in the passenger seat.

Man I would never let one of my buddies drive my car. The only person I let drive mine was my GF and that was only once. She knows I don't let anyone drive my car , one day we where going out for breakfast and I handed her the keys, she started crying lol.

That could be dangerous.... what if a chainsaw murderer was chasing them
in a GTO..... they couldnt get away

my buddy drove my car to a concert, in the middle of it my 2 way remote started beeping so he ran out of the concert to see if my car was ok knowing that they wouldnt let him back in with an hour left of the concert..

he is the only one i allow to drive my car lol..

just tell him that you put it in "data logging mode" for a few weeks that shows your MPH and RPM it would be BS but lol...

or dont let him drive it..

and for the dude who said its not a BMW or something like that.. it doesnt matter if its a stock honda, if you care about your stuff you want others to respect it too...

LOL if only all girlfriends were like that the best i got was a a slippin clutch and her bitchin that I did it

and whoever said about love stains in the back.....who the hell fits back there??? do i not know of some seat configuration thats hidden space???
