Dial indicator on the lifter, set at 0 ! lifter down on the base circle of the cam. Turn engine over by hand, note the max lift on the indicator ( example: .338 lift).. do it two times to make sure the numbers are the same... the take that number (.338 ) times the rocker ratio ( 1.6) and that will give you the max lift of the cam (= .540 )
For the LSA/ICL/Duration.. you will need to degree the cam !!

OOPs... didnt read it was a mock up!! Right, pull the cam and measure the lobe at the narrowest part, record that. then measure the cam at the top of the lobe ( tallest part of the lobe) Subtract the small number form the larger number, that ='s Lobe lift! Lobe lift times rocker ratio ='s the cam lift at the valve !! cool?? Again.. to find the duration ect.. you HAVE to install the cam and "degree it"
