There is thread after thread for rim and tire sizes but none seem to say exactly what I want.
First I am torn between rims and tires, exhaust or gears. These 3 will be the next 3 mods I do but I am not 100% comitted to doing one in particular first. I am really really leaning towards tires and rims next simply because it will cost the most of the 3 and I'd like to get it out of the way.
Im set on Weld Draglite 15x3.5 front skinnies and Weld Draglite 15x?? as my choice. Pep Boy skinnies for the front and a set of Dragradials for the rear.

Here is the delima with the info I have given, I want the widest rim and tire combo for this. I guess the XPs come in 9" wide rims and the original Draglites come in 10" wide rims. I have my quad shocks reversed atm but would be willing to remove them for now at least until I can get some aftermarket lower control arms. Next tire size. I would like the fattest tire I can fit under the car without rubbing on the slightest bump. I don't mind the minor sizing of the inner fender or fenderwell lip ( only if need be)
So here are the questions:
- What rim width? 15x what?
- What backspacing?
- What size Dragradial (not sure of all the different sizes DRs come in)
- I understand I wont get as good a'milage on them as a standard tire but how long will they last being daily driven?
