i actually really like those, you'll probably have to ditch the quad shocks in the back to run the 275/40/17s but well worth it for the look and more rubber on the pavement, the front size sounds about right too

what brand are those?? that looks like a bentley symbol in the centercap

either way i say go for it :nice:

I run 255/40's on a 8 or nine inch wide wheel on the front with no rubbing on my 91+ fenders and 275/40's in the rear with the quad shocks flipped with plenty of room to play with. Slight clearencing of the tailpipes for the tires to not rub them.

I'm running Steeda Sport springs btw.Not very low compared to my old springs.Hopefully i wont have to massage much in the rear.He agreed to $800 for the rims and i should have them by the weekend...if he doesnt sell em on me like another time i was going to buy a set of ROH Snypers.

PS I believe these rims are called American Racing Rebels.I found a rim very similar only in 5 lug.Heres a pic.

$900 is a bit high. Have the wheels been mounted or show signs of pitting? How new are the tires? Kumho 712's are not a very good tire imo. I would offer between 600$ and $700 for the set. Personally I would wait and do a five lug conversion and then look to buy rims. If you have $900 dollars, go ahead and buy some V6 wheels with tires (can be had for $100-$200) all day long) and then do a five lug conversion. The plus side of getting cheap V6 wheels is you have some track wheels and a spare with the five lug conversion.

I dont go to the track at all so these rims will do the trick for me.I'm getting the rims/tires for $800 and the tires are fairly new.Rims like these dont come by very often around these parts so its a pretty good price compared to the set of chrome cobra R i was looking at for $1150. I think they'll look good and you dont see many cars with these on them.
