Well I'm tired of my chrome 03 cobra rims for now, and I'm thinking i want to get some black rims with a chrome lip. I'm debaiting between some 18X9 and 18X10 deep dish bullets and the fr500's. I was wondering what you guys like more, and what you would do if you had my car. My car is sonic blue by the way, and if you have any pictures of sonic blue mustangs with some black rims, post 'em. My rims are for sale by the way, they're authentic cobra rims from ford. PM if interested.

FR500's are definitely more unique. I see too many damn bullitt rims on Mustangs. JMO

I've had both the deep fr500's and deep dish bullitt's...both 18" versions. My personal opinion is that the FR500's have the better spoke design and look cooler when in motion...but I never liked how the front (18x9's) didn't have a lip on them...when you go deep dish bullitts, the front has about 1" of lip, and I really like that...and as for your car...sonic blue is one of my favorite colors, but also one of the hardest to choose rim color for...a guy around here is driving one w/ black saleens but no chrome lip there...my personal preference of rim color for your car would be 'hypercoated'

I'm sort of getting board with my Cobra Chrome too.
I've been thinking about going with either FR500 chrome in 9" and 10" or something other then "standard" rim we see everyday on our car.

The probrem is that because bolt pattern of our car is same as G35, 350Z, and SC430, most rims that aren't usual for Mustang all have either DUB look or too gaudy or have names like "Drifterz" or "JDM racing" on it, which I hate.

But I do like the multi spoke, chrom deep dish look like below

Or classic ADR Msport - if I can find one in chrome...

I luv my FR's, but I do wish they ha a slight lip in front though...Ive had mine for a couple years now & they used to be rare. It seems they are getting close to the Bullits in popularity though now....

On your Sonic blue, which is my favorite color BTW, I would do either silver, hypercoated, or anthracite....

I love this look....I dunno whos car it is, but its beautiful...

Hmm... Maybe I shouldn't say, since it is your car. Well, since you asked...

I think black wheels are ugly, except maybe on a black car. I'll be so glad when the black wheel fad dies. Get some polished CCW classics. Here's a set for sale with tires on a car that's the same color as yours:

I something similar on my Cobra.

They are True Forged Chicane RS wheels. 18 X 9 in front w/ 265-35-18's and 18 X 10 rear w/ 295-35-18's Goodyear GS-D3's.
