Roll Cage with 5 point belt vs standard belt and air bag?? Which would be better?

I am considering a roll cage in my car this summer, but I was wondering how it would be in a daily driving wreck without a helmet or neck protector vs the standard belt and air bag?

What do yall think? Could the airbag be more harmful in the car if I had 5 point harneses and a roll cage?

with the 5 point harness you wouldnt be thrown forward enough to hit the air bag would you?
