Roll call 7/14/05 Round Up Open Track day!!!

Today was a great day. Lots of sun shine. 4 good run groups.
I had a blast. I hope every one I gave rides had fun.
Only one car hitting a wall, so all in all pretty good.
Thanks to Dave Bennitt, Ric Kolb and every one involved for putting on a great event. anyone have pictures from today?

yeah i have a bunch of pictures and video. i need to go over to my friends and grab his camera too. i'll try and post pics later tonight. today was awesome, i cant wait for another track day

alright heres some pictures i took, didnt really get any of people on the track, i didnt really watch many cars on the track. i'll get my friends camera tonight and see what he took pics of while i was out racing. between this and the pony trail today i think i just about filled up my 256mb card. lol

yeah there were definately some fast 03's on my tail too. heres some more pics. i also have video of the mystic 03 cobra, the DB7 GT, and that diesel truck all on the dyno as well as some in car stuff out on the track. anyone know where i can host them?

What a day 
I was impressed with the Oregon turnout and the speed and agility of the Foci and the supercharged SHO cars. Perfect weather and very little attrition.
Too bad the DB7 never hit the track...at least it saw the dyno
Even with a chunk of metal stuck in my eye this was my best Mustang Ride and Drive yet, completed all four sessions, thoroughly flogged on the Capri all day, gave my Dad his first ride around the track (one he will never forget) and drove onto the trailer
Thanks to Dave, Rick and crew for keeping the gates open and running smoothly. Oh and thanks to Brad for servin' up the juicy blood drippin' cheeseburgers.

I have some Quicktime vid shot with my small camera right where you entered the straight away, have to say that was the best spot, guys hanging it out big time and grabbing gears!!!, pretty cool stuff but it only plays on that small QT screen, if someone can host it I will email them over to them.

Hey all
I was there in the 04 Mystic that was on the dyno. I met GT 4 Fun there for sure because he was parked right next to me and his car is easy to pick out in a crowd and he is a helluva nice guy along with his son (194). Come to think of it I need to get my son trained up for the kinda help GT 4 fun got outa his son tsoccer3299 if you took a video of the dyno session I would love to get a copy please. My email is [email protected]. That was my very first track event (novice) and it was a total blast. I can definitely see how you could get hooked on that. I was a little concerned about the whole kill my car thing but once I got out on the track that went away I couldn't have had as much fun if it hadn't been for Doug riding with me for the first 2 sessions showing me the ropes and how to drive the track safely while still pushing your car (and me). I think I'm still grinning ear to ear hehe. For all of you that set that up and made it happen thank you very much!!! Hopefully I will get to do that again someday. Too bad that one car went into the wall, it was a sweet ride. I hear he came out ok with just some minor injuries so thats good. He did that right after my first session and it wasn't much of a confidence builder for me thats for sure LOL. I didn't think my wife was gonna let me run again hehe. Hopefully I didn't slow too many people down but I don't remember getting passed. All I can say about that was Sweeeeettttttt 
Oh yeah I also have about 17 video's of the novice group coming around the corner and heading down the straight away. I don't know whos cars are who's though and I don't know how to post them. They are between 3-6 meg each.
