Ok, I have covered everything I can think of under the hood of my 93 5.0 and still can't figure out why she wants to stumble and run rough while at an idle.
I pulled codes 14 and 19, something about losing PIP signal...so I bought a new dist., had the local parts house check the TFI module...came back OK, removed and thoroughly cleaned the IAC valve, bought new plug wires, checked for vacuum leaks, (none found), reset the ECU, (unplugged the - batt cable for about 20 minutes), set the timing, (with the SPOUT connector removed), to 10 deg. BTC -- IT'S STILL DOING IT!!! It's got a brand new battery, alternator and plugs. It started this crap about 3 weeks ago but was only once in a while...now it's like everytime it warms up. Could someone please offer up any suggestions? I'm open for anything...Thanks, Eric
