No need to pay someone for something that you can do with a 1/2 in wrench and a little bit of time...

To the OP.... What did you clean the t/b with?

Valvoline Carb & TB cleaner. Def already done the 'relearn idle' trick.

It could also be your idle air control motor is going bad. It's located on the front of the upper intake, behind the TB. Mine went bad and had similar symptoms.

Gave that two good cleanings....think I'll replace it once today's paycheck hits.

I had my IAC serviced along with the PCM reflash and relearn and that did it for me. It doesn't sound like your computer is going bad - but you may want to have it checked out if the IAC doesnt do it.

IAC didn't do it....car threw code P1693 so I'm guessing the PCM reflash might be the ticket.
