Rough ride w/ clutch!!!

I had a king cobra clutch installed in my car a while ago. It gripps nice and hard, but the prob is, if im not aggressive w/ it and i try to drive easily and smoothly, it is one rough ride.

I thought this might be normal, but when i speed up and let the car slow down on its own (at any rpm above 2500) w/out disengaging the clutch, the car shakes and rattles like a mofo. The higher the rpm, the worse it is. So, I'm guessing something is definately not right.

I didnt drive the car much for a few months, and now it seems even rougher.

What could this be?

hmmm could that be considered chattering? Maybe something loosened up. Does it shake or rattle while accelerating?

Did they resurface the flywheel? Have them take it back down or do it yourself. That doesn't sound too good.....

When I accelarate, it doesn't shake at all. The tranny/clutch area is quiet when it shakes too.....

I have the same problem with you. I talked to a couple of tranny shops and they said you should really never have the flywheel turned. They said always replace it with a new one.
