Rough/shaky idle fix?

I have an 04' 40th anniversary V6 Mustang. It idles at a normal 750 RPM, but it's somewhat shaky. It's not that bad but it's enough to worry about. Every once in awhile the car will also drop to 600 RPM for just a couple of seconds but then it'll go back. Any idea what could be wrong and how to fix it? Thank you.

How to trouble shoot IAC idle problems

Clean the MAF.

Check for vacuum leaks.

Change the PCV valve.
