an 11 second car. the thing that caught my attention the most is the carbon fiber hood and fenders they are offering as options. now the question is if they will offer the carbon fiber parts to the general public.

with the recent weight reduction posts, you would think someone would appreciate the fact that someone is offering lightweight parts.

Yeah, but it sounds like, from the article at least, this is a very limited offering. You're right, the parts probably would be of broad interest, but the LE Stage3?

I haven't read/heard owt on the parts by themselves...

the actual car will be very limited for sure, however, roush typically makes their production parts available for aftermarket sales. hopefully, they will make and sell enough of them to be affordable.

It say's in the article that on 50 drag pack mustangs will be made. I wonder if all the parts will be available OTC though?

An unpainted carbon fiber hood with a shaker scoop in the middle would sure be interesting.
