RPM's falling too fast

Hey guys....lately when i shift or rev, the rpm's have been dropping rather quickly. Too quickly in fact, it makes it difficult to shift casually (which i like to do). I know the TPS is sometimes the culprit...but while i wait for the heat to die down outside, i figured i would ask if anyone else had experience with this problem. thanks in advance!

my rpms also drop quickly, but i just fiqured that was because mine was carb'd

haha yup that probably is the case for you...but seeing as i am fuel injected...i dont think that is my issue.

Are the VSS and Neutral switch hooked up?
