What are the guidelines of how to pick and choose which ratio of roller rockers to use with which valve springs and cam. I am going to rebuild my 95 GTS this winter with the typical H/C/I combo. Just want to do this right the first time.

Your cam determines the specifications for the springs.

You can use whatever ratio RR you want. Most SBF cams are listed for use with 1.6 rockers. The only thing limiting the ratio is your piston-to-valve clearance. As you shop for cams, you can figure out the lift with different ratios by this simple calculation: (lobe lift X rocker ratio). You can never have to much lift as long as you've got the clearance.
