i bought my car with 24# injectors but im not sure if it has a calibrated MAF... the car runs really really rich, gas comes out the exhuast when it warms up... i ran a 14.2 with a 2.0 60 ft but that was my second run EVER in my life.

You shouldnt need 24# injectors right now with your current setup. Get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and turn the pressure down a little bit and see how it runs.

If you have PURE gas coming out the pipes then you have a cylinder(s) not firing. Check over everything in the ignition system. The plug wires should be the first thing checked.
