Running WAAAAAY Rich!

Anyone have any ideas on what to check for my coupe running way rich? It will burn your eyes from exhaust just after a few seconds behind the car.

Here is a link to my stuff. Pls don't laugh. I made this site in 1 hour so I could get credit for my final exam in my web class.

I wish I could figure this out. I don't really want to put all the emissions stuff back on just to see if there are any codes.

are you running cats??? cause i dont have em', and i thought i was runnin way rich till i put cats on to pass emissions. do you have an adjustable fpr??? 02's??? theres a few things it could be....

I have no cats, adj FPR (set at 42psi otherwise the motor falls off at 4500), and I do have O2's....
