I've come across 24lb inj's for very cheap and I could'nt pass them up...so here's my question, speed density?? I searched the forums for S/D inj. upgrade and was unable to find any info about this, everybody seems to run a MAF set up...is there any calibration needed for the ECU?? or can I just install them and go?? Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank's-- Dave

A Speed Density car shouldnt be run with larger injectors in my eyes. Our 86 ran much better with 19s then 24s. Also your mods dont call for 24s yet. 19s will sustain and not be an issue nearing 300 rwhp! Id say grab them and hold on to them for later use, but for now, stick with 19s, less headaches!

Yep... pretty much what I expected, I did'nt need them w/ my applacation, but for $20 buck's I figured they might be needed later. There's another Question, at what point would I need to go to these size??

HCI... Without diving somewhat into the motor 19lbers are fine. I made 272 rwhp and run 19 lbers with no issues. I will try some 24s on the dyno and see if they make more power, but until then the 19s stay!

I'm still running 19's with the mods in my sig, so it's pretty safe to say you don't need the 24's yet. I probably need to step up to them as I'm almost positive I'm leaning out up top, but haven't hooked up a wideband yet to check. Definitely hang on to them though. I'd love to find a set for $20!
