I know, but I see these guys running 125+mph and 10's all motor and wonder why am I screwing around with this s-trim if I can go just as fast all motor? I mean to run low 11's all motor do you need some crazy rpm and crazy lift cam that it makes the car difficult to drive on the street?

I do have to say I was not thinking that much NA power

I was kinda thinking around 400 to to the wheels

I know you would have no prob making more
but
I suspect you would start to loose really good drivability around 425rwhp

I've not done that
but
That is kinda how I think it might go

Actually more lift may help your streetability, as long as you have the valvetrain to keep up with the stress.

It is all in the combination. Your mph is about right with your rwhp # (mustang dyno). However, many guys with stroked/blown combo's are putting out well over 500 rwhp, pushing 550rwhp. It is probably in the tune.

You may not want to push just a whole lot past what you have currently with the B50 block. It is my opinion, that it is stronger to a point, than the stocker, but I would not want to push it.

Thats my thinking. My tune was conservative, plus I know I had some hp lose due to leaky valve seals.

I was just thinking why mess with the blower if I can run the same times and be naturally aspirated.

If I did a typical 400whp NA setup, what kind of times could i expect? I'd really like a car capable of 125mph, street reliable, and not prone to breaking. With more emphasis on the breaking.

I made my comments about a NA combo based on .......
We have seen time and time again, 1 rwhp per 1 cubic inch can produce stock like drivability with a sharp tune

I feel with a 347, you could go up to 400rwhp with pretty good drivability

You may even be able go as as high as 425rwhp with not too much of a loss
in drivability as well ... but ... you would just have to see how it goes.
