I am trying to keep it stock looking so i can suprise some other 5.0s around town and take out some pesky lt1s&ls1s. My car is a 93 auto 273 gears only mods are k&n without the silencer, pypes x pipe thrush welded muffs and flex fan not the electric one and i turn up the timing when needed .Ok first how much does tmoss charge to port the stock intake and how do I get ahold of him? I plan on sending my heads to thumper. I am going to use exploder throttle body, fms short tubes, what cam would work good with this setup, what gears, and what should i expect from it performance wise? I drive it daily about 60 miles.

None of those mods are going to help take out anything with an LS engine.

You are going to have to pick up your game if that's your interest.

Yea I figured even the gt with mods couldn't hold a candle to my lt1 I figured with decent ported heads and tmOSS intake with right cam gears and stall could at least keep up like I said I'm tryi g to keep it stock looking somewhat I have never messed with fords till this year so I dont know exactly what it takes besides 5 grand in parts to beat lt1s and up I do kno I whipped bolt on 5.0s train lengths with my trans am I could skip the ls1s just as long as I could beat some lt1s and newer 2v 4.6s

Omg not again please. Nothing on the street is that simple of an equation. I've destroyed so many lt's and LS based cars without ported e7's it's ridiculous.

Get better at driving and stick to your goals and you'll be pleasantly surprised. Best thing you can do us cut weight where it won't stand out too much. Aftermarket k member, removing fog lights tubular a arms etc etc

Yeah, if you wanna beat LS1s with thumper e7s and a tmoss intake, you're going to have to cut some serious weight.

LT1s? Hell, I used to beat up on them stock... granted, their owners probably couldn't drive worth a damn. 3.73s, intake, headers, mid-pipe, cat-back, short belt, pullies, removed silencer, flat-panel K&N filter and some drag radials. Then do a little weight removal and you're going to be outrunning everything on the list from a stop, and pulled by only the LS1s from a roll. To take the LS1s out, the easiest way would be with a good set of aluminum heads (edelbrock, trick flow, or my favorite: AFR) Good luck.

No offense but no stock head, stock intake(meaning not ported) n/a 5.0 has even came close even when my lt1(not lying but it was a factory freak 8.77 stock) was stock that's y I was curious bout thumper

the massive curb weight and inability to launch well from a hole makes it easy for a stock fox to keep up with or beat an Lt1. Especially if you have a 4 speed slush box in the fbody. without an upgraded rear suspension and a high stall converter an auto LT1 z28/trans am is not that fast.
