s197 wheel fitment on 99-04

Okay, I always write very wordy threads, so I'll keep this one short and sweet. Which s197 wheels fit on a 99-04? Interested mainly in GT500 wheels. Thanks!

Chris, the S197 wheels have the wrong offset for a 99-04, however they do have reps available with the correct offset for our cars...

Thanks so much Dustin! I am absolutely in love with those wheels. I have a big decision to make between those you just showed me and some Godspeed 18x9 and 18x10 chrome deep dish wheels.

I saw an 04 GT at a dealership once that had 05 Mustang wheels on it, and they were WAY inset. It looked really stupid. You'd have to get hella wheel spacers to make them even tolerable. The worst part was, the car was a blacked out, black on black GT, that HAD deep dish black Bullitts on it, but the dealership owner 'didn't like that', so he had them swapped off for the 05 wheels that they had in stock, which looked like a 400lb woman wearing high heels that are two sizes too small. Stupid! This was when I was looking for a Mustang before I bought my current one. If it still had those wheels on it, I would have picked it up for sure.

If you want the look and fit of the GT500 wheels. Check out the wheels at American Muscle. They have the GT500 wheels and other S197 styles for 99-04 that you are looking for. Rep's are really good....
I almost went with the GT premium wheels, but I like the deep dish look so I went with the hypercoated bullitts.
